Additional Information

Our Rental Policy

Here at Presidential Inflatables & More, We do our best to accommodate all customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or emergency conditions. For this reason, we stay tuned in day and night to the local weather conditions in and approaching our area. We ask that customers do their part and stay informed as to any weather conditions approaching their area as well. In order for us to better serve all customers, we have developed what we feel is a fair policy for cancellations and rain checks. Sometimes rain may occur in one part of town but not in the other part of town right next to it. For this reason we may have to cancel DUE TO WEATHER if we feel it would endanger our equipment. If cancellations must occur due to weather or something on our end we will permit a full refund including our required deposit. This decision is left solely to Presidential Inflatables & More. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

Emergencies can arise for various reasons. The following are a few examples of emergencies and how they should be handled. This is strictly a guide. Please use common sense when emergencies occur.

  • Loss of electricity: when the loss of electricity occurs the bouncy will deflate. Remain calm. If you panic the bouncers will panic. You will have time to help the bouncers exit safely. This situation tends to cause panic, so please remain as calm as possible. There are Velcro emergency exits on the top of all the inflatables.
  • Check to see if the blower has has come unplugged or tripped the electrical circuit. If either situation has occurred plug back in the unit or reset the circuit breaker and allow the inflatable to fully inflate again before allowing bouncers to return to the inflatable.
  • If bodily fluids for an reason come in contact with the inflatables please have all guest exit the inflatables. (Additional fees may apply for bodily fluid clean-up)
